    This is the extremely sought after ST54-95LS model of the late 90’s early 00’s

     

    From the exclusive “Craft Premium” catalogue line up

     

    Normally, it is an unofficial Eric Clapton “Blackie” styled model Stratocaster

     

    The unique and higher end features that make this such a desirable model are:

    -9.5” fretboard radius

    -Soft “V” neck profile

    -22 fret neck

    -Satin neck finish

    -Active mid boost (second tone control)

    -Lace Sensor Gold (USA) single coil pickups

    -Alder body

     

    What makes this guitar even more incredible is the finish

     

    It is an incredibly hard to find factory “UGB“ – Gun Metal Blue finish

     

    Normally every 95-LS model is black, as a nod to Eric Clapton’s “Blackie” guitar

     

    Scarcely, there are also Vintage White and Torino Red models

     

    But these Gun Metal Blue finishes come by once in a (Gun Metal) Blue Moon

     

    It is an amazing find !

     

    The Lace Sensor Gold pickups are outstanding

     

    They have incredible flexibility in tone between the selections

     

    With the neck/middle position being particularly the sweet spot

     

    The bridge solo is extremely glassy, and just oozes that classic Strat tone

     

    Once the active boost is engaged this Strat screams, and unlocks even more variation

    ITEM CONDITION

    All machinery, electrical, and pickups are without issue. Some very light surface marks, some very small impressions/dings/dimples, very light aging to hardware, the low e string has left an impression in fretboard (does not affect playability in any way, just cosmetic) - as pictured.
