Product Description
1990-91, Made In Japan, “K” serial
FujiGen production period
This is the rare to find and limited ST-500VM model
Only produced between 1989-91, and exclusively for the Japanese domestic market
It is similar to a ’57 model, with Maple neck / vintage bridge / “spaghetti logo”
But with some modern additions, the “VM” meaning “Vintage Modern”
The biggest feature of this Limited series are the metallic red/green/blue colour finishes
This one has an incredible Dakota Red Metallic colour finish
One ply White pickguard
Under the right light the Red almost shines with the slightest shade on pink
It is spectacular in person, truly the photos do not do it true justice

Satin finish neck
Top mount truss rods
Gotoh sealed tuners
Maple one piece neck, 42mm nut

Incredibly it is all original, no modifications or replacement parts
For a Strat that is 36 years of age this is a great find
